Consent to personal data processing

1. Data controller

Consent is given to Individual Entrepreneur Dmitry Vladislavovich Liberman, Taxpayer Identification Number (INN) 165041634038, Primary State Registration Number of an Individual Entrepreneur (OGRNIP) 320169000031400, address: Apt. 233, 141 Moskovsky Prospekt, Naberezhnye Chelny, Republic of Tatarstan, Russia; email: info@roboprof.pro.

2. Data covered and purpose

The user authorizes the processing of data provided in the form: name, job title, company name, phone number, email, preferred contact method, enquiry text, equipment information and attached materials.

The purpose of processing is to receive and handle the enquiry, contact the user, clarify information, explore a possible automation, service or supply solution, and maintain further communication regarding that enquiry.

3. Processing activities

Consent covers the collection, recording, organization, accumulation, storage, updating, retrieval, use, transfer to parties processing data on behalf of the controller, blocking and destruction of data, using automated and non-automated methods.

The controller may use Bitrix24 as a CRM system to handle enquiries once it is connected. Data transferred to Bitrix24 is limited to what is needed to process the enquiry.

4. Duration and withdrawal of consent

Consent remains valid until the processing purposes are achieved or consent is withdrawn, but for no more than three years from the last substantive contact, unless a longer period is required by law or contract. Consent may be withdrawn by emailing info@roboprof.pro with the subject line "Withdrawal of consent".

The user is informed that withdrawing consent may prevent further handling of the enquiry if no other legal basis for processing exists.

5. Separate consent for analytics and advertising

This consent does not cover advertising or marketing communications. If Yandex Metrica is connected to the website, consent for optional analytics cookies is requested separately. The processing of technical data is described in the personal data processing policy.
