Personal data processing policy
This policy sets out how personal data of visitors to roboprof.pro is processed.
1. Data controller and contacts

2. Data processed
The controller may process your name, job title, company name, phone number, email, preferred contact method, enquiry content, equipment information and materials you attach.
Technical data may also be processed when you use the website: IP address, cookies, browser and device information, visit times and activity on pages. Do not submit special categories of personal data, health information, passport details or third-party data through the forms unless required for the enquiry and you have a lawful basis to share it.
3. Purposes and legal bases for processing
- to receive, register and handle automation, service or supply enquiries;
- to contact you about your enquiry, clarify initial information and prepare the next step;
- to operate and secure the website and analyze use of its pages;
- to comply with the laws of the Russian Federation.
The legal bases for processing are the data subject's consent, the need to handle an enquiry initiated by the user, and other grounds provided by the laws of the Russian Federation. Marketing communications are not sent without separate consent.
4. Services and data transfers
The controller may use Bitrix24 as a CRM system to manage enquiries and Yandex Metrica to analyze website traffic. A Yandex Maps iframe may be used on the contacts page to display the location; when it loads, Yandex may receive visitors' technical data. Data may be transferred to these services only when they are actually connected, to the extent necessary for the relevant purpose, and with any required user consent.
Yandex Metrica is optional analytics: its cookies and tracking code must be enabled only after the user separately consents to analytics. Links to official channels on VK, Telegram and MAX do not, by themselves, transfer the content of RoboProf enquiries to those services.
The controller may engage hosting, CRM and communications providers to process data, subject to confidentiality and data security requirements. Personal data of citizens of the Russian Federation is collected, recorded, organized, accumulated, stored, updated and retrieved using databases located in the Russian Federation.
5. Methods, retention and protection
Data is processed using automated and non-automated methods. The controller takes the necessary legal, organizational and technical measures to protect data against unlawful access, modification, dissemination, blocking, copying, provision and destruction.
Enquiry data is retained no longer than necessary to respond to, assess and maintain subsequent communication about the enquiry, and for no more than three years from the last substantive contact, unless a longer period is required by law or contract. Once the purpose is achieved, the data is destroyed or anonymized.
6. User rights
Users may request information about the processing of their data, ask for it to be updated, blocked or destroyed, and withdraw consent. Send your request to info@roboprof.pro with the subject line "Personal data" and include information that allows your enquiry to be identified.
Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal. The controller may continue processing in circumstances provided for by the laws of the Russian Federation.
7. Policy changes
The controller may update this policy when processing activities, services or legal requirements change. The current version is published on this page.
